Gt is going to be upset...the Cowboys have signed Senselessbaugh to a five year extension, $22.5m (8m guaranteed).

Philip Tanner hit IR with a hamstring injury. :( I really liked the kid. I hope he bounces back next year.

The Dallas Cowboys have signed safety Gerald Sensabaugh to a five-year contract extension.

The Dallas Morning News reported the deal was worth $22.5 million, with $8 million guaranteed.

It's the first multiyear deal with the Cowboys for the seventh-year pro, who has 12 interceptions and 335 tackles in 93 career games, including 65 starts.

A fifth-round pick by Jacksonville in 2005, Sensabaugh, 28, spent his first four seasons with the Jaguars before coming to Dallas. He had a career-high five interceptions last season.

Also Friday, the Cowboys placed running back Phillip Tanner on season-ending injured reserve with a hamstring injury. Receiver Andre Holmes was activated from the practice squad to fill Tanner's roster spot.

Couldn't they have at least waited until Monday so they didn't ruin my Weekend? :?

It's not like signing this deal is going to help his no talent, always of out position, Play vs. NY! :benson:

When healthy I thought he has played well this season and done much better w/ a real safety next too him rather than Ball.

I feel the same way about Tanner, I liked what I saw and hope he returns strong next year.

He should play, but with Austin back, he won't start...

IF Julio is cleared, I'd play him against the Panthers' depleted Secondary. Roddy White is banged up too...

THey probably win a 7-10 point game by covering better and getting after Eli. I feel a coupla big Special teams in there too.

and the Giants have NO running game to keep 'em honest and their Secondary is too depleted to keep up with the Cowboys multiple weapons.

Brashaw can move the chains pretty well and on a consistent basis.

I think Murray is going to have a rough night, as he'll probably be held in check by Jason Garrett.

Yeah, the Giants have no running game...as they just break off a 12 yard run  . Great play by Senselessbaugh to give up a few extra to Jacobs.

My biggest issue w/ the Cowboys is the way the defense falls apart in the 2nd half, especially the 4th quarter. Since it occurs late in games I feel like its more of an issue w/ coaching because opponents are making adjustments to Ryan's playcalling.

Its that plus the player out there. No play call will make a CB stick to a WR and that was the issue last night. You have to be able to cover your assignment and if that isnt happening, no amount of great play calling is going to do it.

How come the problems start at after halftime when the other team makes adjustments?

Even the first ballot HOFer McBriar contributed to the Meltdown...

Ugh.

I haven't been this upset by a Loss since Hurd dropped the Game-clincher in the Playoffs vs. NY in '07!

Seems to me the signs of a tired team as well. Giants go on a long drive and not even two minutes later they are on the field again and the giants are in great field position.

Very true but I still feel that the consistent troubles point to a problems w/ coaching (not that the players are blame free).

Every one is to blame. They have one legit loss on their schedule and that was the eagles games. I cant believe this team is 7-6.
