Seems like a big steal. I still don't get the last so long question :(

By the time it arrived in my mailbox, and by the time I ignored it all work day, it had been up on ebay for nearly 24 hours, if I recall. I chuckled when I saw it in my saved search email because I knew it would be gone by then. But when I clicked the link the listing was still active. That spelling of Griffey does not even appear in a fatfingers.com search.

Haven't posted much in here- lack of scans and scan time. I'll try to get the 1/1s up in here over time...

Thanks. It's an odd card- I think it is slightly undersized. The front has a lot of texture but the card is pretty thin. I've got a bigger scan of the front below. As far as I can tell it was in my Beckett checklist whenever i downloaded it a few years back, and they described it as: 2001 Pacific Private Stock Artist's Canvas Proofs

That's really nice. I think you're right that it was on his checklist but not Belle... it's probably an insert set Belle wasn't included on, that's all.

@carrsallstars Awesome 1/1, I haven't seen any from 2001. The B&W I mentioned before was from the 2000 set I believe. Someone posted it somewhere on this board awhile ago, I believe he mentioned his wife pulled it from a Wallmart retail pack.

Who's the Pacific insert collector? He needs to check out eBay seller megarick1. Lots of new Pacific listings! I cherry picked some 2000 Pacific Crown Royale Platinum Blue's #/75 from the listings, for $1 - $1.50 each, including:

Mark Grace
Juan Gonzalez
Albert Belle
Roberto Alomar
John Olerud
JD Drew
Jeromy Burnitz
Richie Sexson
Troy Glaus
Fred McGriff

He's got many more Pacific inserts too.
