Bringing this thread back after a month hiatus! Had anyone seen these before, 2000 Pacific embossed “sample”? Appears to be the emerald version. Curious if anyone knows how rare they are. This frank sold well but the rest went super cheap

i have three embossed 2000 pacific samples of Bernie somewhere, no gold foil ,maybe a different set.

I've got 5 from '00 and 7 from '99. '99 were star punched vs '00 which were embossed. At least in '99 they were supposedly /2. I would assume it was the same for '00. I know a collector that has 2 of the 5 I have.
