The wait is killing me...

Took the day off work hoping to bust my case and list before heading out of town this evening. Have to leave town in NO LATER than 3 hrs and 45 minutes... STILL no UPS truck! DOH!! I was hoping to be relaxed, write stuff down, post a case break, etc... Now, as soon as he gets here, it will be rip, rip, rip, rip, rip, rip... etc... then list, list, list, list, hit the road. I'll be sweating by the time I get in the car. LOL. I wanted it held for pick-up, but UPS told me it wouldn't be available until Friday for pick-up. Its been on the truck since about 5:45 am according to the tracking status.

You my friend need to get your drivers number like I have and meet him early on his route. Since they do not get here before 12-1 o'Clock in my hood. I go to work at 3pm. So I call him and ask if they have only for me and he looks and calls me back if he does. I then meet him on the other side of town so I can get it early

Not a bad idea! I usually list about 1/2 my hits to keep the cost of collecting down, and keep the other half. Normally, I decided what to list/keep after seeing what I got in the whole case. Today might be listing the hits from the first 1/2 of the case and busting the rest when I get back and keeping those, unless I get something that HAS to be listed (like a Red or Super auto that might pay for the whole case).

Tell me about it. BoA decided to cancel my CC due to some retailer getting hacked and failed to tell me about it. So when I went to pay I got CC declined. Had to wait until yesterday to pay so I should get it Saturday

Hello, Thurgood. This is not the place to be if you are trying to get over your addiction. Some of us are happy to have such an addiction, though most of our families/wives/girlfriends think we are dorks and just don't get it.

In the meantime, STILL no UPS! DOH! Basically, as soon as it arrives, wife and I are heading to my parents (about a 3 hour drive). After dinner, I will rip while we all visit. Looks like no listing on E-Bay until tomorrow evening, assuming my parents scanner actually works.

If you call the day before you can get your package held for will call to pick up at the station. Now, UPS offers a service called My Choice where for like $5, you can choose your delivery window of 2 hours. I'm sure some time restictions apply such as before 10:30, and you also must set it up online the day before.
