I would like to think that it would more than just diminish and that person would be shunned, essentially ostracized from the FCB community.

To miguelcabrera, I must be missing the point as well. I don't know if you're trying to say that people's reactions would be different if they knew it was a currently respected board member or that you know that it is a well respected board member. So, if there are multiple people on here that are "missing the point", maybe the issue isn't on the receiving end - maybe you didn't effectively communicate the point you were trying to convey.

Not sure if this would work but what if we all found his user ID and we all bought one or 2 of his hot packs. Then we all file item not as described and claimed there was no auto or game used???
How can he really prove they are in there without opening them??? With tons of people saying they didn't get it eBay will have to side with the buyers especially if there are multiple people saying it wasn't a hot pack.
