I did not, but this is usually why trades are voided. You send a trade request with one card and then send another request with the same card and once the first trade is accepted then you no longer own the card in the second trade and the trade is voided

FYI: I got a code card in a pack of "real" cards and when I entered it using my phone it said it was invalid. When I entered it using my desktop it worked.
