I busted a box of 2009 Bowman Chrome recently and was shorted the auto. Will Topps still honor a missing card from 2009?

That is true. I sent in the necessary items for a missing 2010 Bowman Draft Chrome auto from the last HOBBY box I opened and they sent me a pack and a letter saying there is no guaranteed hit from that box??? Dumb.
