What service does Topps and Donruss use to mail out redemption cards? My mom told me I might have had a package but they didn't leave it at the door. And I'm stuck at college to claim it.

What service does Topps and Donruss use to mail out redemption cards? My mom told me I might have had a package but they didn't leave it at the door. And I'm stuck at college to claim it.

They some times send it thru the USPS signature Required and now they are not going to redeliver it. They only attempt once and then it sits at the Post office and after 15 days from today it will be returned. I think she can pick-up it up though for you.
