Topps Redemption Problem -- Need Advice

So today I pulled a Redemption for a Bowman Chrome Rookie Base Auto. The problem is, when I was scratching the code, i scratched too hard and now two letters or numbers are impossible to solve.

What should I do? I tried typing the code in to what I thought the letter or # was, but my account has been locked.
