Topps base autos do not equal Topps Tier One autos. One product is $2 a pack, the other is substantially more.

I guess they could have sent you scrub autos from Tier One, so the Bautista is nice, but the Cashner is not cool.

The last Topps Bautista autograph sold for $17 on eBay, which is more than Latos 2008 Bowman Chrome autograph prospect cards go for. Plus there aren't any copies of this card for sale on eBay right now. Topps was more than fair with this replacement.

Except for the fact that they replaced two higher-end on-card autos with two base-level sticker autos, one of which isn't worth the cardboard it's stuck to.

I'm waiting on the Marquee, Tier One and a Museum Collection auto. I actually called last week to ask for replacements, they never said anything about already shipping replacements, wonder if something came in the mail today.

As for the replacements, I would say it's semi-fair. The stickers suck but I would rather have Bautista then an on card auto of a scrub so I would be fine with it.

Really curious to see what they replace the Museum Collection with. I'm really hoping for an on card auto of a star but who knows. I just don't want some low numbered TTT sticker auto, that would suck.

I think the replacements evened out. I would have loved the on card autos but can't complain about a Bautista auto even if it's a sticker.

I have 2 of the Latos Crowd Pleasers pending. If they send me a Cashner as a replacement I'm going to be pissed. I paid $15-20 for the Latos redemptions when Tier One first came out (I was going after the Crowd Pleasers set and won 2 on accident) -- I actually had that same Cashner auto last year -- sold it for $1.99 on ebay.

Hahaha. I figured they sent me the Cashner auto since he's a Padre now. I wish they would take several suggestions for replacements in order to keep people happy.

I didn't pay much for either Latos redemption since it was a while after they were released.
