I have to return a damage card I pulled from a hobby box of 2010 Bowman Chrome - is it absolutely necessary to include the packs and the receipt in addition to the card?

Of course I need the packs for the redemption and I bought the box from an online source, so I do not have a receipt.

I'd call them. But you certainly have a credit card statement or paypal statemnet showing the purchase.
