I paid him for the Strasburg he had pictured in this Thread.

I pad via Paypal with a CC this afternoon about 2 pm est.

EDIT: This card supposedly came from a lunch break.

I do not know him but you are asking these questions and you just paid today?
At least give the guy some time to get some scans
If in the end its a bad deal then flame me but god damn give the guy a little time

I think he's trustworthy. He told me already he had to fix his car then he was going to pay me (he's buying a card from me).
I would trust him and give him the benefit of the doubt here. His story doesn't seem very farfetched, and you already got suspicious the SAME DAY? That sounds a bit ridiculous no offense. I'm sure there are people that own/have owned more Strasburg Bowman Autos than that at one time.

You paid TONIGHT and, because you saw two others buy a card there is a multitude of, you INSTANTLY assumed you were scammed and posted this?

danimal edit the title to this topic, its completely uncalled for if you just paid tonight and have no idea. How would you like this happening to you? I am pretty sure you would be pissed. Its way to early to say if its a scam or not.

i bought a card for him as a favor, he promptly paid for it like he said he would, then i bought a lot of chrome stuff from him and he provided DC # today. No one gets bad feelings on deals like i do at times, but this one didnt bother me one bit. I'm on your side on this one five, hope these guys are wrong

Someone just pointed this out. Not looking good. The scan you claimed is your Strasburg came from eBay.

Notice the exact same signature and glare on the top loader in the exact same location. The coincidences just keep adding up. I hope I am wrong, but it's not looking good.

1. Appears to have sold the same card 4 times
2. Doesn't post scan as he said he would last night of all 5 cards
3. Someone shows me the scan he claimed as his comes from eBay

That makes 3 "coincidences".

I fixed it. But take a close look at the scan he provided to you and the scan in the eBay auction. It is the exact same scan.

Dont know the rest of you who stuck up for him.... but I find it hard to believe all 3 are his.... or he is just using the same scan to sell a $600 card to 3 different people. If im spending that much.. Id like to see the card im buying.

EDIT: I just checked my paypal and saw that a tracking number is available for the Stras.

wow i hope im wrong here, but all 3 cards are the same card.
i bought a larger lot from him, a lot less money, mostly crap actually,
but the stras thing really looks bad. i have his shipping address if needed.
