There is no way to tell if the card is trimmed with those scans...

Miggy,

Just relax until you get the card...it is a great card at a great price of your favorite player.

If you can tell its trimmed when it comes in...ask the seller for a partial refund to keep it or a full refund and send it back.

A Pujols BC went for 1,500 and the seller fully disclosed that it was rejected by PSA due to size requirements.

I hope this helps to ease your worries.

ADAM
you are actually wrong, check it his left elbow in both cards, clearly different...

Topps isn't known for making OC cards...
the right sides are too alike for it to be OC

It simply looks OC to me...the right sides look different too.

There is definitely no way to tell if the card is trimmed just by looking at a far away scan and matching up what could easily be differences in centering. The card is graded, so I don't think you can or should be able to get a refund anyway... it's still a great card no matter what.

It's not a stupid purchase... *** is not a great grading company, but they are certainly not the worst. The card sells for that price raw on many occasions, and yours is graded.

and here is my question for all you trimming experts.
just how on earth do you do it? do these people have lasers?
old topps printing and cutting equipment? so guy trims card so it will get
by the einsteins at ***, and miggy gets it for about the same price as a raw.
so what exactly is the point? really love some response on this.
does anyone here think they could smoothly shave down an edge without
damaging or making it noticeable?

You can use a craft paper cutter.I use it when I print out customs and it cuts perfectly. Not sure if thats what they use though :? .
