I'm pretty sure it's against TOS to post the guy's name and email address on here even though he did issue you a refund and you were just sharing that point. I am very surprised that he refunded your money. When you buy a graded card, you are paying for the professional service that the company offered. Trimmed cards pass through all of the major grading companies every day. If it was BGS, would anyone here demand a refund? Same goes for autograph authentication. A large percentage of autographs authenticated by major authentication companies are fake. It's not the sellers' fault that the card was graded by that company. Your beef should be with the grading company, not the seller.
