For the past 2 years, we have gotten in for free, because some guy walks around Caravan with free tix, but that won't happen this year...

I was not happy to get an email about this.. last year was my first year going and I finally felt like I would have a feel for things.. I went ahead and ordered tickets for all three days for myself tonight. I got 2 for free though since I have season tickets.

I almost got 6 but just got 4 since my wife probably will only want to go one of the days and I usually only go two days so I might have an extra ticket to sell. It all depends on the autograph schedule which I really wish they would release by now but I guess they have the figure out the logistics at the NSC.

Glad I just got my 6 today in the mail. Hopefully nobody here that was planning on going missed out.

Having such a small crowd will be nice on one hand, but weird on another. I have two tickets from my brother's season tix (he could care less about going) The autograph schedule will determine what day I go.

Sucks since won't be able to visit my brother or take Naomi around. Oh well, this is how Minnesota rolls: a huge clusterfuck of nonsense.

I dont get what the issue is. The roof caved in on the dome and they cant get it fixed in time for twinsfest, let alone the other 100's of events that were scheduled there. Im just happy that the event didnt get cancelled all together, and I agree with Greg, smaller crowds will be odd, but nice. Knocking down daily crowds by what, 1/4th of whats typically there, Im all for it, much easier to get multiple autos yourself, and the lines for Mauer, Morneau, etc will be long, but not Nutty Nutty Fruitcake like years past.

Ummmmm....no need too, as tickets were limited to 25,000 total for the weekend.


I plan on going Friday, as I have plans the rest of the weekend.
When are others planning on going? Or are you all waiting on the auto schedule to come out?

I will have to wait for the auto sched. Friday or Sunday; Saturday will be a no. My wife will be gone for a scapbooking weekend, so with two tickets I'll bring one son with me and leave the other two at home. Or, as I told Janet, I'll go two days by myself!!
