favorite player- greg maddux. 1 of the few class acts from the '80s who ISN'T tainted by steroids. outstanding player throughout his entire career yet remained humble. he's been my fav player since i was a kid.

favorite team- angels. hometown team + whether they have a great season or a bad season, they play hard every time + their fans love them. their actions after adenhart's tragic death earned them even more love in my book.

My favorite player......Andy Pettite. Ever since World Series game 5 when he out dueled John Smoltz 1-0 with the Yankees down at the start of the Series 2-0 he has been my favorite Yankee. He beat the NL Cy Young winner and proved to be the turning point in the series since it was tied 2-2 before game 5. Beat the Braves in the last game at Fulton County Stadium. It was one of the greatest World Series games I have ever watched.

Yes the Yankees are my favorite team, Andy even beat out my childhood favorite Mickey Mantle.
