I like the idea of Topps returning with their low to mid-end brands. They always did well with those.

IMO the the loss of UD would primarily affect the mid to high-end collector.

If true that really sucks. IMO UD makes the nicest looking cards. Their Hockey License also expires this Sept/Oct and there are rumors the NHL is not gonna renew that license as well. That would mean that they have no licenses left

I just saw in an email update from Beckett that Pannini/Donruss has acquired a license with the NHL, maybe UD really is going to end up losing thier Hockey License? (I guess these association's didn't care too much for all the recent "funny business" that UD has had thier hand's in). This'll suck losing UD but karma is a beetch mane!
