Still can't believe this chump beat Nate.

I didn't see that coming.

I am sure Dana wishes he hadn't said the winner of this likely gets the winner of Anderson/Belfort for the title.

Sonnen would get killed by both, especially Spider.

Holy ****, a non spamblog thread? I better get in on this while I can!

The fights were pretty entertaining. Saw the Trigg KO coming. That dude seriously needs to hang it up. Coleman needs to be "force retired" like Chuck was. Not to take too much away from Couture but DAMN did Coleman look like a clueless bag of **** out there.

That Swick chokeout was the fastest chokeout I've ever seen.

Couture getting submission of the night was a bunch of ******** too. How does a RNC get submission of the night over a fight that ended via Darce?

Oh, that's right, because it was Randy who applied the RNC, and everything that guy does is a million times better than anything anyone else ever does.

People need to get off the guys jock, seriously.

That being sub of the night was a joke.

What is that supposed to mean? Spamblog?

Means that all of your threads redirect everyone to your blog and I think he's tired of it

Well, then I'll stop. Didn't know it was an issue with the 5 readers we have on this forum.

The point of the threads are to get readers to these MMA forums and make them grow. If look at the blog, there is an FCB widget there, to direct them to the FCB.

Sometimes, it's easier to take time to think why I might be posting the blog constantly in these forums. (and that's not directed at you, HPC).

Doesn't bother me either. I rarely ever open them though because I have the actual blog bookmarked and read them when they're posted there.

I can't wait for him to become a six time champion, so us real fans can ride his jock even more, and get you really steamed.
You are so cute when you get mad. 8-)

Sam, Paulo Thiago did indeed win sub of the night.

And if Sonnen is a chump, what does that make Marquardt?

It was funny to see Marquardt get so dominated by such a one dimensional guy. Everyone who is a true MMA fan knew Chael was looking to take him down. I am just waiting for the excuses to coem out on why he lost.

Did he underestimate Chael?
Probably but thats a part of being a fighter so thats something Nates lacking.
Hes also lacking TD defense and guard work (obviously).

Nate and his team have made a big thing about the fact that the Marquardt that fought Silva wasnt the real Nate and thats why they dont even acknowledge that the fight took place.

You know what? BULL$HIT

The reason Nate got his $hit pushed in vs Silva is because hes just not anywhere near Andersons level (who is).
But dont feed me this line of bull$hit saying that wasnt really you and then 1 fight away from a rematch with Silva, get dominated by a one dimensional Chael Sonnen. ****!

I could've swore they said Couture got sub of the night at the end of the live broadcast, and it says he won it on the MMA news site I always go to, 411Mania.com.

Silva would CRUSH Sonnen. Now with Couture,i like what he has done for MMA and fighting into his mid 40's,but he can't beat the top 2-3 fighters in the hw division or the the 2-3 top guys in lhw's division in my opinion.

Lesnar,Carwin,Cain are in my opinion the top 3 hw's rightnow and would all beat Couture,i believe. The lhw's
top 3 are Machida,Rua and Rampage and i think all 3 of them would be Couture rightnow.

Sure but thats usually how the fight game works.

Not everyone can be a champion so there is some value having in having Couture weed out the guys that dont deserve a chance.

It would really be pointless to just having 2,3,4,and 5 continually beat the crap out of each other and once thats done the winner gets a shot at the title.

This is basically what happened with GSP who now gets Hardy. IMO Koscheck, Fitch, and Alves are so far above EVERYONE else its not funny!

The problem is GSP has proven he is so far above them that now you get guys like Semtex and Hardy who are now in title contention. Fitch, Alves, and Koscheck would beat both of those guys but it wouldnt do much and its still a high risk high with very little reward.

I don't see how this win gets Coture a title shot. Especially at 205. I would think that the Rampage Rashad winner would get the winner of Machida Shogun. At HW there's 2-3 people already ahead of for title shots. The winner of Mir Carwin and the winner of Big Nog Velasquez. If Big Nog wins then I can see how Coture would jump ahead of him. Either way it looks he has the wait for the outcome of at least 2-3 fights in each division.

I believe Silva would beat Machida, but it would be a good fight.I believe Silva is the only fighter who could
upset Fedor.

I know some people don't agree with that, but his striking and standup game is the best in the UFC.

Have to disagree.
Size would rain supreme here. ALA Penn vs. GSP at WW.
