I just won the Gehrig that George posted. I don't think I got an awesome deal by any means, but I am definitely happy with the patch itself

Juneau bought it from me several years ago. After buying mine he owned 4 of the 5 patches and kept hounding me for the 5th as if I owned it.

Get the heck out of here haha, I bought it for $800 and change and thought I overspent by a couple hundred. I think you made an unreal sale at $2400, I don't think I could get that nowadays but that does make me feel a bit better.

Here is the info I have in the Gehrig /5 Patches if anyone is curious. The 3/5 is hiding somewhere , maybe someone has some info on it..??

I think Juneau and/or mark2001234 have owned 3-4 each and someone I assume has lost some decent $ recently be selling them.

#1 /5 - purchased 8/2010 $360 , sold by mark2001234 for $760

#2 /5 - up now by mark2001234 , shows sold for $2800 in 10/2013 by Juneau (best offer could have been lower)

#4 /5 - George bought $450, sold to Juneau for $2400, sold by Juneau in 10/2013 for $935 , listed by mark2001234 and didn't hit reserve at $710, then sold by donut for $815 and owned by homerun now

#5 /5 - sold for $670 by donut , now listed by jsrb27 for $999. Probably came from mark also

In Juneaus listings he stated he knew where the 5th one was and said the person was stubborn and wouldn't sell. But it looks like he had all 4 , the mark ended up with the 4? And now pieced out to multiple buyers
