Let's just say I have a few nice Red Sox signed vintage cards that should be here sometime next week. :)

Nice Big Poison there. I was unsuccessful in purchasing his 34 Goudey today.

Re: OFFICIAL- Vintage Pickup Thread.

Thanks Chris - His cards are usually pretty much in demand. I was happy to pick this one up.
I also picked up a couple W571-1's, a Reds team set from 1938-39.
I'm up to 7 of these.

Re: OFFICIAL- Vintage Pickup Thread.

The single cutout on the left I received recently and is from a '37 Exhibit 4 on 1. The 4 on 1 on the right is an example of what it originally looked like courtesy of "Old Cardboard".

I also picked up a couple of S & S game cards (Reds)

Re: OFFICIAL- Vintage Pickup Thread.

Picked this original photo up at the Sun-Times show. Hack Wilson signing his 1928 contract with the Cubs, with William Veeck and 6 teammates. Now I have to research which paper this appeared in. I know it's not the Tribune.
