From 1958, I'm working on completing my TV Westerns set. I had 35 cards from then (must have spent 35 cents). I had already picked up 11 more. These will bring me up to 53 (already had the Wanted Dead or Alive card, but wanted to show the young Steve McQueen).

My 1952 Look-N-See Babe Ruth, which was part of a famous people card group that Topps put out.

19525 Look-N-See George Washington, which completes my set (1st Series only) of these.

Just picked up my 7th Reds postcard from the '19 set.
Nice pickups Dano, it's been awhile since I visited.

Four more 1951 Topps Football cards arrived today, for the set I'm working on. I'm at 32 of 75.

Thanks guys.

It is one of the 3 cards I was hoping to get if I made it to Chicago. Hoping to get #2 on the list by years end.

What are the other 2? I really want to get back into T206's but the budget just doesn't allow it right now.

Here's my Big Train!

I found an auto'd check of his at the National but passed on it...would have broke me for the show.

206s in a PSA 4 of Walter Johnson and Ty Cobb.

Walter Johnson autograph is something that I will own someday, whether its a cut or a check.

Good 2 choices! I have a Cobb check, and plan to add checks of Johnson, Wagner and Mathewson someday. I would like to get Mordecai Brown, Evers and Chance too but those aren't as plentiful.

Which Mordecai did you get?
This one is a Cycle 460

I'm mainly going for PSA 3 or 4 across the board for 206's. I was up to about 120 different ones before we had our son in 2010. Sold the commons and haven't bought a new one since.
