I have always thought about collecting vintage PCL cards of California teams. During the last long Baseball strike I was reading about and researching The old Pacific Coast League.

This is a little different kind of way to have a photo taken back in Barry's day . It was at auction on the Net54 vintage sports card forum. Where I've even managed to get lucky buying vintage sports cards. It's called a Tin Type or a Melainotype even or a ferrotype photo from the 1880's. It's printed on thin metal strips. You can read about the process here. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tintype I doubt the people are anyone famous.
