Very cool. Seeing the "Freedom Cardboard" on the label is even cooler.

They look great slabbed Chris. I may submit a couple if we get the JSA/BGS group sub off of the ground.

And for anyone trying to do the autographed set...it may be tough. Apparently there are some restrictions for exclusive players signing any cards.

SICK!!!! I'm sure Beckett LOVED slabbing FCB cards, but they'll do anything for a buck.

beckett has no problem with FCB at all

In fact, we have a group grading deal.

those are awesome!!

who got them signed that fast?
I got them signed a few weeks before the National and gave two to Chris. Beckham thought they were cool and he (obviously) had never seen them before.

In regards to Beckett slabbing them...Beckett has no issue at all with FCB and they actually monitor this site as you would expect. Beckett Grading has also been extremely generous to FCB with the great group grading prices we have been getting. Basically, it's a win/win for both sides.

The "mass exodus" from Beckett's newsgroups didn't really affect their serious bottom line so we're not considered an "enemy" in Dallas.

That's good. They do have the BEST looking slabs, so I'm glad to hear that there isn't tension here like other sites...

It's smart of Beckett et al. to partner with FCB. They basically aren't responsible for creating a welcoming online presence, but still get the business they want for their grading services.

This board's members are overwhelmingly anti-Beckett Message Board, not anti-BGS.
