We should have an "initiation" for new members

Heck, it happens everywhere. Sports, frats, gangs, clubs etc. so shouldnt we make new members "do something" for, well, out amusement and enjoyment? :lol:

Alright so Im kidding but some ideas:

1. New member must bother a known patch faker with constant questions on ebay.

2. New member must sport a banner for a month of the team/player he cant stand the most.

3. New member will have some sort of mild embarrasing avatar dreamed up by the mods.

4. New member's signature would read something like "I may be new here, but you can all call me your bitch"

5. And lastly, new members must be able to quote all of Don West's most famous lines including, but not limited to: "Folks", "THIS IS THE BEST DEAL EVER", "Kenny, are you there?", "Mothers Cookie rookie", and "THE NEXT MICKEY MANTLE ROOKIE CARD"

I think everyone should be forced to write a complete sentence as their first post. No smilies or shorthand, no LOL or sentence fragments, just write a single sentence. It would make my day. If they're unable to write a sentence, they must prove their worth by calculating a simple math problem.
