It's from the 2004 Donruss World Series product, and the World Series Face Off was #'d to 500, with the Holofoil parallel /25 and GU parallel with varying #'ing. Here's the listing from Beckett's website...

I may be missing one, but it looks like the Henderson/Schilling is the only one from the '92 or '93 series'.
