That is also Nettles' last MLB playing days card. Topps, Donruss and Fleer did not include him in their '89 releases

Somehow I convinced my mother to buy me one for $25 at a flea market. It was a steal since it "booked" for $27 as of the Beckett that was released 2 days earlier!

On topic, I think it is a sin for ANY Ken Griffey Jr collector to have never pulled an Upper Deck RC from a box. If you collect Junior, and you haven't pulled your own 1989 Upper Deck #1 card, I call shenanigans on you. Go right now, spend $90 on a box from Steve at BBCExchange, and hope that you pull one.
