I remember distinctly that a few cards in both these rounds of auctions were returned and had to be re-shipped due to an error with the address, but I am sure neither of these were among those (and everyone whose cards were affected were notified promptly).

If the cards were just "lost in the mail" I apologize, but you have to understand I am still the one taking the kick in the nuts. And if the cards did arrive and you are keeping the money, well, thats one of the reasons I want to quit.

Name names. Im with the others let us know of the scammers. Seems like a fallacy if you dont name names because you having nothing to lose. Block them from your ebay bidding list and everyone like them and enjoy the hobby. Every hobby is going to be dirty it is just part of the game. Seriously though names

I had no clue it was soccerman, but that is neither here nor their.

It made it to Germany just fine, but the lag in shipping from when I paid was pretty crappy.

Sorry for all the headaches, but all my past history with Canadian sellers/traders has been less than enthusiastic. I know most if it can be blamed on the PO, which is crappy, but think of the buyers. Blah. We really do need more buyers with integrity and honesty. PERIOD.

Definitely not the norm; I try and ship cards off within the next day. The two auctions I posted ended on a Thursday, and were probably shipped the following Monday because there is no mail on Saturday and theirs no guarantee I got them all of on Friday. If the card does have a date that long after payment, I would say one of two things happened: I forgot and mailed it late, which i try to not do, but i has happened and have paid for it. The second thing that could have happened is that I rec'd it back at the PO for a minor issue, and just had the person at the mail desk correct it and re-ship it without looking who it was. That too has happened before, but I usually always try and get the name of the person so I can let them know.

All in all, even if it does take a while for a card to get to you (whether it be my fault or someone else), charging back within a month just looks fishy, especially when dealing with an international shipper. I WAS more than willing to reimburse people for time, but i found that EVERYONE then wanted it, even if it took a standard amount of time to arrive (7-10 business days). Regardless, this has turned it one big headache, and am probably in the red about $400 this month alone from refunds/charge backs. Such is the nature of the beast I guess.

exactly. cant do it in my spanish class though as no laptops are allowed
