What does your significant other think of your collecting?

She knows about it, knows what it's worth, but doesn't know what I spent. Luckily for me, if she ever asked, its much less than its value so I will be OK

In what situation wouldn't you be ok?

Not directed at you, but this type of thought is what I didn't understand in the older thread.

My wife and I have shared our accts from before we were even married.
We know how much WE make, and how much WE spend, I don't get all the secrecy.

This was what I was trying to do because this one was the original thread. Reason I posted was that I dont have a GF, significant other, or wife, and the only people that know I collect are my parents and my best friend, but he doesn't really have any clue about it other than that I collect cards.

Just post in the thread I had going... it's pretty stupid to bump a thread which is similar but is 4 or 5 months old when a new thread is going.

Plus, if you use your logic, you don't "qualify" for either thread, so bumping the old one doesn't make any sense.

It's a thread about the person you're in a romantic and presumably financial relationship with. How they see and react to collecting.

Lets see here...I love my parents, and because I still live with them for now, I am still in a financial relationship with them. They see how I collect and they react for to it.

This is why I dont post alot here...I post something, and get attacked for it.

I will now only mostly be posting in my Biggio and Brooks thread
