Wainwright.jpg

Wainwright is my favorite player, and I got this signed in-person at a signing at the end of last season. First, it would not sell for very much to begin with, so it is not like an opportunity to make big cash would push me to sell it. And second, the signature looks absolutely phenomenal. I think he has the prettiest signature in baseball.

Nice to see the other NASCAR card on page 1 or 2, my favorite for a long time has been this one. It's the card the started the itch into this crazy thing we call a Hobby for me, the wife calls it an addiction.

I don't think I will ever part with this one unless his wife keeps dropping suitcases on his hand.

1986 Topps Football #159, Carl Monroe.

Long story short, he was my favorite fringe player who scored the first touchdown in Super Bowl XIX.

He died of an overdose in 1989. Hit me hard.

If you can top that...then you must have a few of the logomans auto's....

Anyone would be green with envy with your collection. Anyone who is a 90's insert fan, that is.....I'll stick with my exquisite taste in cards ;).

Wish I had those back too. I had a 2008-9 Emblems of endorsement Jordan that I sold to him for $1200, and I just saw one sell for $17,500 recently. Also had the 2009-10 limited logos Jordan/10 that I sold for $1800 that recently went for $13,500 as well.

Oh well, fortunately I used the money to help buy the retro, so it's all good. Who knows what that would go for today? I like to daydream about it....

If it's not wax, Shrek is clueless. Then again, who could have predicted the surge in rare Jordan cards?
