Good afternoon gentlemen...
I have an issue I am trying to clear up. Would like to hear your advice...
There was a card I sold in Ebay. Did my own thing - followed the rules. Mailed it properly. Suddenly 2 weeks later, a buyer emails me that he hasn't gotten it. Last Friday I replied that I did mail it. Maybe the package is running late. And let me know later in the week...
Here's what he replied minutes ago:
"hi,today's 03/29/10 & nothing as of yet, do you have a tracking number,if so email it to me.? if by any reason I do not get my item within this week I will have no other choice but to open a dispute/claim with ebay & paypal & leave negative feedback. thanks, yours truly, Junior."
First of all, he never asked me for a tracking number. I am not willing to spend few more dimes and pennies for a tracking number. Does that mean it's my fault? Should I reimburse the money back to him? Or try to negotiate with him for what?
