What would you do in this situation?

I made a deal a week and 3 days ago (Thursday the 23rd I believe it was) with an fcb'er. He said he would pay that night. He then said he was waiting on someone's payment and would pay the next day. He said the guy never paid, so he couldn't pay. So I contacted the guy, who said he had indeed paid. I spoke to the user about this, and he had said he just received the payment and would pay the next day. He never paid that day, of course, but he said he'd pay on Monday or Tuesday. He wouldn't answer my AIMs until Friday (two days ago), in which he replied that he had no money because he spent it, and I told him I'd call him out on FCB on Sunday, if he didn't pay by then. He said he did not care. He has not paid. The FCB'er is metz1405.

How do I continue?

You move on. You aren't out of anything, so it's not like you can chalk it up as a loss.

If he isn't paying then, this is not going to make him pay now. Simply move on and avoid him.

Put him on your no deal list and move on no need to make a big deal about it.

Cancel the transaction because he'd want to keep the cards with him on them because once he gets rid of world hunger, they will sell for $1 million + each.

Looks like 2 out of 5 transactions he failed to complete. Not sure what the rules are here.... but Id say some sort of a transaction suspension is needed.
