what's a fair price for this?

The seller and I happen to be in a disagreement on what is the proper price for this card. Others from this set have been erratic in price to say the least, but what would you say is a fair price for this particular one. I want to see if it is closer to mine or the sellers approximation.

Like already said. It's the sellers' card. So whatever he deems fair is the actual fair price. As much as it sucks, it's the truth.
And as shown time and time again, if the card goes to auction, I bet it sells for far more then your guessimate and what YOU are willing to pay.
