Where do you get bookplates?

I need some to send out, is there somewhere I can get them/order them?

I know I can ask for them, but that doesn't always work out.

None of those are for autographs, they are for identification.

Then all you need to do is buy a pack of standard avery brand labels in the size you want. Cut those out and you can mail them. Thats essentially all a bookplate is.
