No but its been proven Topps doesnt put every single 1/1 in packaging so think about it..

Unsure what proof there is of not putting 1/1's in packs but there are pics of sheets that show more than one 1/1 have being printed. For situations like the one you mentioned.

The member in question might be me. I pulled a 2005 Trumbo Bowman Red 1/1 that was damged out of the pack. It was replaced with a garrett Mock 1/1 Auto that obviously wasn't packaged....I did mention this on these boards a while ago when there was some Trumbo hype, in the event someone was looking for it....So, there is a chance (albeit small) that may be the case here....
