I havent seen a ton of threads on here saying how they always supported the team through everything!

No one's a believer after last night?

I'm proud to say i've been a fan through the good and the bad...and trust me, theres been plenty of bad for the last 5 years.

Go Dbacks!

I'm on the bandwagon for the postseason... the Tribe is done and Charles Nagy is your pitching coach!

There are none since they don't care about baseball in Arizona. Or even Football or Hockey for that matter.
But if you should know they are all rooting for the Braves to win today and then win the World Series anyway

If the Rays fail to make the playoffs, I'll leap onto the AZ bandwagon. There, I said it.

There's not much for atmosphere around here, that's for sure.
As far as me jumping on the bandwagon, I can't, but I can ride along for a bit. They're my adopted 2nd team - as is the case with many in the Phoenix area, I already have a number 1 team.

They certainly have my respect, and I really wish there were more Dbacks fans and more buzz around town. I know that in Milwaukee you can't go anywhere without Brewers this and Brewers that everywhere. (aside) As I was driving home yesterday I seen TWO baseball related billboards - both had advertisements for the ALDS matchups! seriously! Many times at bars you have to look around at all the TVs to find which one might have the dbacks game on. I don't understand it, maybe coming from a state where sports are valued higher, but there's just not much of a presence here.

Perhaps it's me, and others like me who are at fault. Phoenix has a vast population of transplants. There IS a fanbase though, and hopefully seasons like this one make it grow into something substantial. I mean, I sold my replica ring giveaway for 89 bucks - those things were selling like hotcakes, so fans are out there somewhere.

Now LAST NIGHTS GAME! Ridiculous! Had I had something better to do, I might have missed it.
10th inning, Dodgers score 5 to lock it up. First two dback at bats are groundouts. (the third would have been if Hawksworth covered first).
2 outs, bottom of the tenth, down by 5. Like I said in another thread, its the epitome of the Dbacks that it's not over til it's over. DON'T make a mistake against these guys and give them a chance. They'll take it and beat you. I still can't believe it.

I have my tickets for the first playoff game in Chase Field, Section 201 row 1 seat 1. So in a way I'm supporting them. But I got them with the hopes that it would be the Brewers visiting on Tuesday to complete the sweep.

Good Luck Dbacks fans. Awesome team. Ryan Roberts was my favorite Dback before last night, and I just might have to start buying some cards now. But come on Phoenix, start getting loud for baseball's sake!

F*CK the DBAGS!!!!!! I hope they lose in the first round.

With that said...did anyone else see the Grandslam last night from Tatman? Moreso, did anyone see that guys in the first row short arm the attempt to make the catch? That guy right there....my Program Manager...he and I sit next to each other ALL day here at work. And I am giving him crap as we speak. Not only is he a converted Dodgers Fan....his wife's favorite player is Tatman. He could have taken that grand slam ball home to her. But alas, the only game ball she has from Ryan Roberts is a foul ball I caught at a game we had all went to (Her, Him my wife and me) that I gave to her...... I personally will not root for the DBAGS. They disgust me...and really so does anyone else in the NL West that isn't the Dodgers.

I watched the Roberts walk-off last night and the game didn't look to be very well attended.

After further review, his wife should have him sleeping on the couch until Spring Training.

They just got hit for 5 runs in the top of the 10th on a Tuesday night game, of course a good amount of people are going to bounce. According to the box they had almost 26k in attendance, which was about the same (if not more) than they were pulling on Friday nights at the beginning of the season.

Hopefully now I'll be able to sell through all of the game used stuff I got from Roberts this past weekend!

Well Alex tell us how you really feel.
As for the guy not making the catch and could have given the ball to his wife and maybe scored some love Jones for life. If I was him and caught that ball and it being the Tatman's first grand Slam. Seems I would have to offer up the wife to him since he was not getting the ball I could get laid for the rest of my life if I was married to her.

Don't expect some huge pile of gold medallions....it is still just Ryan Roberts afterall.

Bitter Dodgers fan ^^^^^

I'm not a bandwagon fan as I've lived in AZ all my life and followed the backs since '98.

Can't wait to see how they do in the post season!! I'm hoping make the drive from Tucson to catch a home game.
