It's crazy how quiet things are with Price considering how well he's been pitching.

agree with ROY (impresssed by Leake's stats)bradical said:AL MVP: Vlad

NL Cy Young: Tim Lincecum

Thank you!!bradical said:AL MVP: Vlad

hahaha. ya my boy needs to step it up in order for him to win.markakis8 said:has hell frozen over!?!![]()

I agree, I think he has to be in consideration for AL MVP. His numbers are plain ridiculous so far.
.383BA 11HR 34RBI .497OBP .701SLG 1.199OPS 35SO 35BB 154AB
Compare that to Cabrera
.331BA 10HR 40RBI .415OBP .598SLG 1.012OPS 25SO 23BB 169AB
IMO Morneau is clearly having the better season between those two.

Add to the fact that lincecum left the game 4 times with a lead and they all were blown saved....bradical said:darocker80 said:But how can u put lincecum over ubaldo? 75K/20BB for Lincecum vs. 58K/23BB for Ubaldo in about the same amount of IP. Just a freakish start for Lincecum. If Timmy would have 2 more Wins, would it even be a race? (7-0) vs. (8-1)?

idk about clearly better...he has 1 more hr and a better avg...while cabrera has 6 more rbi's (it will most likely come down to who wins there division)
You forgot to mention the huge difference in OBP and Slugging, Morneau is clearly, at this point having a better season that Cabrera. Also, as great of a season that Morneau is putting together so far, he is struggling with RISP, something like 1/7 with 3 RBI's with the bases loaded.
