I would have said Stras before his arm fell off. It will be tough to come close to Griffey's popularity, at least in terms of card collecting. Griffey came up at the pinnacle of collecting, had a lot of hype going in, sweet swing, consistently hammered the ball, HR derby and All-Star performances, HR battle of '98, iconic rookie card... I do think Heyward could eventually provide similar production at the plate. Heyward will also benefit from a larger market than Griffey. If Harper delivers as advertised he will be extremely popular provided his head doesn't get too big.
