I wanna start collecting another player, since Daisuke isnt too good.

He has to be a new player, rookie or second/3rd year.

Either a Yankee or Brave or National or just a up and coming star.

And has to be semi-cheap, seeing how I only have 125$ to start a new collection of his, and I want to spend it on a big card of his, maybe a 1/1 or low numbered auto or a really nice patch or something.

OR do you think Daisuke still has a shot at 5 more years in the majors.

You shouldn't limit yourself to just a couple of teams. Honestly, just collect someone you enjoy watching. I mean, there really is no right or wrong way to go about collecting. Just pickup cards that you like.

Pass on all Yanks since they are highly collected that drives prices up.
Braves: Tommy Hanson or Jair Jurrjens
Nats: Ryan Zimmerman may be too expensive. Look at Jordan Zimmermann or Michael Morse.

Russ Martin, Heyward, and Zimmerman. Have fun.

Heyward = cost too much
Zimmerman = Never will be a fun guy to watch AND collect
Russ Martin= Mediocre.

Thanks for the input though!

Manny Machado......

But seriously, you should be able to figure this out for yourself. Just take a look on ebay and see what stuff is going for or scope out a LCS.

I wish Dice-K would come around but I have a feeling I'm stuck with bunch of stuff of his that I should have sold a while ago.

Obviously you haven't done alot of homework before posting that. I can get Heyward stuff really cheap now. Zimmerman is fun as hell to watch. ALways making damn good plays and his bat is always a threat.

Why not?

This obviously isn't a question for you or me to answer...

Since he's having trouble deciding on a player, perhaps he may enjoy a different kind of collecting.

braves wise, craig kimbrel - no cards out yet, so once they start you have a chance at a complete collection

How about Drew Storen?? 5-2 2.76 Era 20 saves with 23 save opportunities. And he was drafted pretty high.
