I sold Presley's gold refractor while he was hot in the minors for $15. Thought it was decent since they were like $5 in the off season. No sooner did I sell it did Jose Tabata get hurt... Now they are hitting $60.

I love what Presley has been doing so far with the team but reality check folks


HE IS 26 and HAS NO POWER!!!!!!!

People spending 3 figures on his harder refractors are going to hate it when he is pushed back to backup when Tabata comes back. They would have to deal away Jones or Diaz to get any real time and that as a platoon. Steve Pearce is coming back as well and they already have Xavier Paul (who may be DFA'd when Pearce gets healthy).

Oh and Pedro did hit a HR in the minors so he might actually come back up this season, so Pearce gets kicked to the OF unless Overpaid gets released as well.

Bottom line is he is in a logjam at his position right now and there is nothing but more limited playing time for the foreseable future.

Tim Wheeler - was hit or miss whether Sterlings would sell for .99 + shipping before, now go for about $10. BDP were $3-5, now $15.

obviously there's better examples, but he's a pretty good one.
