Why Are Kevin Matthews Cards So Cheap??

What they are trying to say is he should not have been drafted as a 1st rounder, as in he was overdrafted.

so yes he can be horrible as a 1st rounder.

Refer to this article for worst picks of all-time. There have been PLENTY of 1st rnd mistakes. Even before I read the article I thought Ryan Leaf would be #1, but he was #2 :lol:

And to answer your new question, they don't believe he is horrible, but those of us who are opinionated about prospects outside the organization don't believe in his talent. Maybe they fell in love with his intangibles. There are a lot of reason for drafting speculative players talent wise in the first rnd more than likely if everyone thinks he'll be a bust he's going to be a bust, but obviously there have been surprises in the past (Tom Brady)

Alright , now it makes sense can't read the article because I'm on my phone, but I think 6$ dlvd for an auto /25 of a first rounder (even if he isn't first round talent) is good! You never know
