Why the price increase on 2012 Leaf Best of Baseball?

I have never ordered a case before and I've been contemplating ordering one of these. Blowout had them this weekend for $639.99, then when I went last night and checked again they had moved up to $699.99. eBay completed listings don't show much movement at all so I was wondering if somebody knew something that I didn't. Also will we see a checklist with this product like we did with RRR? Thanks

Demand, and not being able to re-order at the original price, means a price increase from blowout. I think this would be the case....(no pun intended)

Blowout has a Weekend sales, price jumps back up during the week, then most likely will be same price ion sale again this weekend.

I know eBay sales represent only a minute portion of these companies' pre-orders however there have only been 3 cases pre-sold on eBay @650 (and none by Blowout). That's what made me wonder why the increase. Just curious if there might have been some news on the product that I hadn't heard about yet. Thanks for your answers guys!

To state the obvious, most products that are heavily anticipated jump in price.

Sure, it could drop after release, but with so few cases it's doubtful.

The beauty is...the single card you pull from the worst box of this will probably have a better return than an average box of Marquee, etc...

This is the key point that most people miss when they're b!tching.

with the national show, the price will get lower each day and afterward is my best guess

Can you shed any light on the checklist for the non encapsulated cards?

I'm seriously considering busting a box of this stuff, Leaf has a lot to prove releasing so close to the national. I think the product will be great, 09 Ultimate great.
