Just got this in the mail. The Clark piece appears to be a patch, anyone else have/seen another like it? I believe all the ones I've seen (so far) have had a plain white swatch.

That's the first one I've seen with orange. I have one, its the normal white. Not sure what piece of his jersey that would be, it looks like jersey material rather than patch material. What's the material?

It definitely doesn't feel like patch material, feels like a regular jersey... maybe it's from a batting practice jersey like the Posey appears to be? (did the Giants ever have orange ones? I think so...)

EDIT
Actually, now that I think about it, I definitely know the Orioles had orange BP jerseys, I'm guessing that's where this probably came from.

Oh, I was just assuming it came from the Mississippi State uni. I've seen some orange jersey material on Giants and Orioles, so that's probably what it is. Still a great card. I would rather have your swatch than my normal piece of white.

Mine looks just like that one. I don't believe Will's swatch is a patch. It does feel more like a batting practice jersey or, perhaps, a piece from a sleeve's cuff.

I seems to be similar to the swatches in this card, if that's helpful. (You can sort of see the material's texture in the Prime Patches card.)

It's part of the sleeve or neck line trim and would be considered "prime"

That's precisely what I was thinking, but was for some reason unable to explain...

Good enough for me. I wonder how many of the 35 print run are one vs the other?

Questions guys. When you do a Will Clark search, other than typing Will Clark, what specific searches do you use? Thanks.

I keep it nice and easy, Will Clark. The more I add to the search querry, the less I find. Every once in awhile when I'm looking for an autograph or jersey card, I'll add jersey or auto to search, but that's rare for me. Why add more to the search querry than necessary.

Hello fellow Clark collectors...I'm new on this forum but not new to many of you. I've probably dealt with almost everyone on this forum at one point or another when I was selling off my Clark collection not too long ago. I still have a ton of Clark stuff but haven't had time to list/sell everything. But what I've learned was that most of you Clark collectors only collect cards. And very impressive card collections indeed! I'm happy that I could help fill some of the holes in your collections.

So maybe some of you on this forum can help me. Although, I've sold or plan to sell the bulk of my Clark collection...I haven't given up collecting Clark altogether. Instead, I'm focusing on collecting any game used items of Will Clark such as bats, jerseys, or any other game used memorabilia when he was with the Giants. So if any of you guys have or know of someone who has duplicate game used items that you are willing to sell or trade...pls. don't hesitate to contact me at:

[email protected]

Thanks again to the awesome Clark diehards out there.

Hey Ray! Nice to see you finally made it over to the forum. I registered last year and have learned a lot from the site. I wondered where you went, hadn't seen your ebay auctions in awhile. Welcome aboard!

Thanks Nolan! I've still noticed that a few of the heavyweight Clark collectors haven't made it to this forum yet. I'll try to get them in also. But this is nice...feels like I'm part of some Clark fraternity.

Hi Ray! Good to see you around.

I just listed some stuff on Ebay. A few tougher to find cards.
