clarkfan said:Anyone else bored with the Will Clark cards listed on ebay lately?? Just not a whole lot of high end or rare stuff being sold right now. I'm looking to scratch something off of my need list, just haven't been able to.

Looks like it was part of a song associated with the Giants:

"Humm Baby" was saying by Roger Craig manager of the Giants.

(sorry cell phone pic)![]()
1997 Sports Illustrated Special Edition /500
I noticed two versions, one with the EE logo on the left and one on the right. These are serial #'s 214 and 238. Very close in number, I wonder why they moved the die?
I haven't noticed this variation in the other Clark card in the set.
clarkfan said:Something is definitely up with those Extra Edition. I also noticed the variation, picked it up just in case, but I have seen 2 different ones with the same serial number, a bunch of consecutive serial numbers, and hoards thrown onto the market in the last 2 years. If they aren't faked, they are definitely leaked from Fleer's backstock inventory. I wanted to have the inverted stamp just to add an inexpensive variation to the binder, but can't be sure they are fully legit either.
dd316 said:Hey does anyone know if Will gets a WS ring with his current position with the club?

Awesome. If this is what it took for him to get a ring, then so be it.ronfromfresno said:Clark was on Comcast after the Giants won and said he was happy to be getting a ring as a Giant.
