I disagree. If it was shilled he has every right to be ticked. Just because he decided how high he would go, doesn't mean the card would go that high. It's not a store, it's an auction and if no one else is willing to go near you're price then you don't have to pay you're price. You'll have to beat the next high bidder.

I mean I guess that could make sense, but from what I've seen, there really isn't any proof that he even got shilled. I might be wrong on that and just have missed it, though.
