I thought this could end up being an interesting thread. For me I'm going with Jose Bautista of the Jays, there is no way he should be anything more than a bench player

If you are considering the overall player, Molina definitely tops the list. He is terrible defensively, probably the single worst base runner in all of MLB, and usually puts up a sub-.300 OBP..Absolutely horrendous.
