Never wavered. Since the days of Jim Sundberg, Buddy Bell, Toby Harrah, Billy Sample and Charlie Hough. They might have sucked but they have always been my team.

The only reason Lincy would lose in that matchup, the Giants don't have the offense to back him up. Lee does. I don't think the Giants will make it past the Phillies because of the lack of offense. But you never know.

With Tex out of the lineup for good, that hurts even more. I don't see CC winning because they just can't score runs. The bats are flat. I just don't know what it will take to wake them up either. Maybe an embarrassing loss and a sweep on their home turf will make the brass realize that there are some issues that MUST be addressed this offseason. And I don't mean players being purchased. I mean gutting the roster and getting rid of Cashman and Girardi. Where the hell is Dallas Green?

Yeehaw for what swisher did in the regular season. He was hit by the pitch with the bases loaded and proceded to pop out. Hopefully Kevin Russo replaces Tex and plays over Swisher tomorrow.
