btw, are there any true Ranger fans here?

Never wavered. Since the days of Jim Sundberg, Buddy Bell, Toby Harrah, Billy Sample and Charlie Hough. They might have sucked but they have always been my team.

cant wait for lincecum versus Lee
The only reason Lincy would lose in that matchup, the Giants don't have the offense to back him up. Lee does. I don't think the Giants will make it past the Phillies because of the lack of offense. But you never know.

Nick Swisher ended the series.

plain and simple.

Nick Swisher played the game like its supposed to be played. He didn't whine and bitch like Jeter did to get on base. Sorry bud, but thats not real baseball. Thats like Arods handslap a few years ago. Thats being a little bitch.

Born and raised in Arlington. Spent many a summer evening listening to Mark Holtz and Eric Nadel call games. I need to dig up my pic with Buddy Bell for luck.
I can't believe the Rangers are on the cusp of the Series.

Never know, the Giants have won more than they have lost so far and have beaten both Halladay and Hamels.

Now the only problem I have is that this series is causing an increase in the cost of ryan cards.

Blanning: Not saying that I do not think that. As I said not taking any credit away from the Rangers. They have destroyed us this series. Saying that the series is not over, of course my opinion. CC wins tomorrow and then anything could happen. Some needs to wake the Yankees up tonight, tho. IMO

Swisher was hit by the pitch according to the rules.

Swisher is just a self centered player who would rather do it all himself than help his team actually have a shot to get back in it.

7-4 1 out is better than 7-3 two outs last I checked.

With Tex out of the lineup for good, that hurts even more. I don't see CC winning because they just can't score runs. The bats are flat. I just don't know what it will take to wake them up either. Maybe an embarrassing loss and a sweep on their home turf will make the brass realize that there are some issues that MUST be addressed this offseason. And I don't mean players being purchased. I mean gutting the roster and getting rid of Cashman and Girardi. Where the hell is Dallas Green?

Give me a freaking break dude. It hit his pants it didn't hit his skin. If it had, he would have reacted differently. Quit making excuses. This is why I dislike getting into **** like this. You're a good guy but come on........it hit his pants thats all.

frack it, I'm just going to become a Liverpool redsox fan.

Still pull for your team. Just don't sound like a clown making up excuses about Swisher being a ****. He has done ALOT for the Yankees this year and you better be glad he is on the team. Or else, in all honesty, they might not even be here right now.

I can't like soccer?

Yeehaw for what swisher did in the regular season. He was hit by the pitch with the bases loaded and proceded to pop out. Hopefully Kevin Russo replaces Tex and plays over Swisher tomorrow.

Too bad the Yankees can't bring back just released Melky Cabrera to play tomorrow.

Swisher ended any hope in this game in the series in whole. period.

HIS PANTS WERE HIT!! He probably didn't even feel it! So if you get shot in the sleeve with a bullet and it doesn't even touch you, you're gonna go around saying you took a bullet?
NO!

That was not a big deal. Damn dude, are you really gonna argue that?
