The picture of Porcello on top of Youk was about 1/20th of a second...if you look, Porcello looks scared as hell, even though he's on top. Youkilis just looks pissed.

I still say that wasn't a slam, just a momentum transfer, but I won't argue physics.

Not really, notice Porcello's clenched teeth and angry look on his face. Also notice Youkilis' look of surprise that he just got taken down by a kid.



It's funny how all the Red Sox fans are trying to say that it was just momentum, but watch the video. Porcello clearly planted his foot and put youk on the ground. So go ahead and say that I'm biased, but in reality, your guy got owned. That's a fact.

I could care less about both teams, actually hate em both, and I'll say that was a slam, maybe not a big time slam, but Porcello put his arms around him and tried to fling him, was comical slam or not.

Edit: I recall a fight, I think it was against Tampa, where off to the side of the brawl Trot was kicking someone, repeatedly, while they were down with a crazy look in his eye.

Usually ESPN has both bandwagon teams highlights within the first 10 minutes of every broadcast, until tonight. It took almost 50 minutes before they showed what happened. It was worth the wait to see Youk owned though.
