Nice pickups on the Cruz! He should bounce back this year and be a big free agent back next off season.

Great steals.
I don't understand some dealers. What's the use of selling autographed rookies of good players like Jason Kubel, who hit 30 homers this season, for one dollar? I'm sure he could get at least $10 on eBay for that '03 Bowman Chrome RC. What's the use of one dollar?
I understand selling scrubs that no one wants for a buck, but a player like Kubel has lots of fans and collectors.

In this case I think this dealers focus is mainly vintage and local teams giants and A's and he probably doesnt even know who these guys are. and he probably doesnt want to take the time to look up each card he gets. Im pretty sure this guy is in it for the hobby not the $$$ so it works out good for me......

I was just thinking the same thing as I came upon your post. There seems to be a disconnect with reality amongst a lot of dealers out there.

Now if he was just blowing stuff out because he's going out of business, fair enough, but if not...pretty stupid.

I think it was supposed to be in their $68.20 box, but the help put it in the $1.00 box by mistake..
