I sent in a card to BGS for submission, and now apparently it is lost. The tracking number for my order was apparently someone else's, since it went to another city and was already delivered (I know it wasn't my card, since the order information says it was 12 pounds). I've called customer service three times already and all they do is xfer me to their grading supervisors who are never there and I've already left voicemails.
Has anyone else had a problem like this? What can I do? Is there anyone else I can contact about this?
